Return policy and terms

General conditions that apply to all returns:

  • U-get reserves the right to return the product to the consumer if the returned product does not meet the guidelines or conditions applicable in the company.
  • The consumer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return.
Return Terms:

The customer has the right to return the price if he informs us within 24 hours from the time of completing the order

  1. The consumer has the right to return the product within the seven days(7) following the date of receiving the product as long as he did not use the product and in this case the consumer will bear the costs involved in that procedure, we will return the value of the product subject to return (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you).
  2. The product must be in good condition, has not been used before, with its brand label, with its original packaging and includes all cards (the cards on which the price, serial number and details of the product are indicated).
  3. The product must be returned with the original brand box that was sent to you.
  4. Shoes, eyeglasses, watches, bags and luggage must be returned in their original packaging and must contain all tags in perfect condition.
  5. The product will not be accepted as a returned product until the consumer is notified of the acceptance of the return of the product.
Cases in which the product can not be returned:
  1. Products that have been previously used, damaged by you, or are in a condition different from what you received them.
  2. If it is a product that cannot be resold for health reasons.
  3. Products manufactured according to your request or according to special specifications you specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or do not conform to the agreed upon specifications.
  4. Any consumables that have been used or installed in something else.
  5. If the product includes several items that have been combined and cannot be returned to the original condition in which they were delivered.
  6. Video tapes, CDs, CDs, video games, or any information software.
  7. Newspapers, magazines, pamphlets or books.
  8. Transportation, accommodation and catering services.
  9. Online software download products, with the exception of programs that have a defect that prevents the download from being completed or that do not conform to what has been agreed upon.
  10. Products related to public health, personal care and baby products (such as teethers, sanitary napkins, sanitary napkins and baby feeding products).
  11. Electronics are not allowed to be returned, and in case of any defects in the product, refer to its agent.
  12. Products classified as hazardous or in which flammable gases or liquids are used.
  13. Any products that are devoid of their serial number or have been tampered with.
  14. Swimwear, socks, underwear and contact lenses.
  15. Items that are not returnable for health reasons, which have been opened after delivery, or if they are mixed with other items after receipt.
  16. Household products and in case of any defects in the product, refer to his agent.
  17. If it is a product whose price may change during the period in which the contract may be terminated depending on a market is known by continuous price fluctuation in a way that the service provider does not control, such as gold and silver.
 Returned merchandise


U-get and any of its affiliates have the right to dispose of, destroy, liquidate or auction any of the seller’s (goods/products) as it sees fit within (90 days) after receiving it from the shipping company in the event that these are returned or not received ( products/goods) from buyers for any reason,

Provided that the seller is notified of the returned products (goods) by sending a message to the email provided by the seller.

In the event that the seller did not take the necessary measures to receive it:

This clause is an express authorization to U-get to destroy or offer products in liquidation for any (products/goods) without any objection from sellers and without any liability incurred by U-get.

Furthermore, U-get has the right to debit the seller's account or claim any fees or sums that it may incur through destroying or liquidating the above-mentioned goods.

Depending on your location, it may take a week or more for the product to reach us upon return. Once the product arrives at the storage and packing center, wait two business days more for us to receive and inspect your returned product.

After the refund is processed, it may take from 7 to 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your U-get wallet.

If a product return request is rejected at any stage:
  • We will make two attempts to return the product to the consumer and if our attempts are unsuccessful, we will keep the product for a period of (three months) in our delivery center.
  • The customer can submit a request to the technical support team for another attempt during this period after the last attempt he was notified of. In this case, the consumer will bear the shipping costs.

 In the event that we receive a request from the consumer for another attempt, we can arrange a last attempt to return the product to the customer, otherwise the product will be sent to the liquidation department and the customer will not be able to submit a request to return the product again.

The consumer has the right to return the product if the service provider delays the delivery of the product for more than (15 days) from the agreed date, unless the service provider and the consumer agree on another delivery period, and he is entitled to recover what he paid under the contract in exchange for the product or other costs incurred as a result of this Delay unless the delay is due to force majeure.

The service provider is obligated to inform the consumer of any expected delays or difficulties that have a material impact in the delivery of products.

How to refund:

For products that have been delivered, we will refund the value of the product subject to return in full including the fees for returning the product to us (excluding fees paid to ship the product to you) and this applies in the following cases:

  • Products that are defective or not as described on the site.
  • If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as an error in pricing, agreed specifications or delay in the delivery on the date agreed upon, and so on.

For undelivered products, you are entitled to receive full payment if you cancel the purchase order

- For products purchased during sales, you will be refunded the same value paid and not the original value of the product.

For example: If you purchased a product during the sale with a value of 50 riyals and its original value was 70 riyals, only the value of 50 riyals will be refunded to you.
