Use and access to the app/website:

From time to time it will be necessary for us to carry out maintenance on the Application/Website, which may lead to downtimes.
We cannot promise that the Application/Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the Application/Site will always be corrected.
You may use the Application/Website to browse, purchase goods and services from us and manage your account with us but not for any other purpose.
You must not share your username and password on the U-Get App/Website or email with anyone.

We do not guarantee that the Application/Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer hardware and software in order to access the Application/Site.
You should use your own antivirus software.

Registration Terms

You are entitled to register as a buyer or seller and benefit from the services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

For buyers:

You are of legal age to be able to purchase Products in your country of residence.
To be able to provide an address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive products.

For sellers:

Have a business registered in accordance with the laws of your country.
Have a valid commercial license.
That you provide evidence of the authorization of individuals registering with or using the site.
Submit proof of identity to the authorized person.
Provide supporting bank statements.
You acknowledge and agree that certain additional requirements may apply to certain categories of Products.

To register on the site, we will need you to provide us some information, and your registration on the site will not be accepted if the necessary information is not provided to us. We reserve the right to refuse any registration without giving reasons. We may also carry out the necessary checks to verify your identity and registration requirements.

Once you have successfully completed your registration, your registration will continue for an indefinite period, subject to possible suspension or cancellation in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Your obligations:

You are responsible for maintaining privacy and for restricting access to and use of your account and password, and agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password.

Manipulating the price of any products.
Interfering with other users' lists.
Take any action that would reduce the site's rating and rating systems.
Post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory or similar content.
Transfer your account to another party without our prior written consent.

Spread viruses or other technologies that may harm our Services or the interests or property of other users.

U-Get is committed to following up on the quality of products and reviewing them by responsible and supervisory specialized committees only, provided that these products meet the conditions of international health and quality.
As a seller, you are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the content on your listings and you will not attempt to hold us or the content providers responsible for errors or inaccuracies.

Liability and compensation:

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall limit or exempt either party's liability for:

Fraud, including fraud, by such party.
Death or personal injury as a result of this party's negligence.
Any of the other responsibilities that cannot be limited or waived in accordance with applicable law

In any case, we will not be liable for any claim, claim in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or breach of these Terms of Use - any claim for loss of profits, loss of data or information, business failure, any financial loss or any other special, indirect or incidental damages even if we, our affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages, in addition to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If for any reason the said clauses are found to be unenforceable, our total liability to you shall be limited whether as a result of any action or claim in contract, negligence or breach of any legal duty or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use will be, at a maximum, the minimum value of:

The price at which the product was sold on the site and the original shipping rates.
The amount of the disputed fees, provided that their value does not exceed the total value of the fees paid to us during the twelve (12) month period preceding the action that led to the liability.
Three hundred (300) Saudi riyals.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any losses, damages and expenses (including legal fees and attorneys' fees) ("Claims") arising from:

Any claims or demands made by third parties as a result of your use of the Services.

Your uGet Account

Your order details are stored with us and this information can be accessed by logging into your account on the site. There you can view the details of your orders that you have completed and you can manage your address details, bank information details and any newsletter you have subscribed to.
Treat your account data with us confidentially so as not to make it available to an unauthorized third party. We cannot assume any responsibility for misuse of passwords unless this is our fault.
You can add more than one address of your own to receive your order, and you have the right to keep that data on your account to facilitate subsequent purchases, so you can specify a special place for receiving and another for payment.

Price and invoice

The price of the specific product(s) you have ordered will be the price on the App/Website at the time you place your order or amend your order. We will inform you if there are any price differences.
The price of the products is subject to change without any prior notice.
Errors may occur while providing information on products and prices by the U-Get app/website. We can only confirm the price of the product after placing the purchase order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we will have the right, in our sole discretion, to contact you for the purpose of direction or cancel your purchase order and notify you of such cancellation.
In the event that the U-Get application / website accepts your purchase request, (you can pay the value of the order through electronic payment, PayPal or electronic wallet).
The invoice contains the value of the product price plus the value of customs, shipping fees and value-added tax.
Please note that customs fees and shipping charges will be paid plus 15% VAT. You will be obligated to pay cash on delivery or via your credit card or your wallet.

The writing provided on each product is not attributable to us and is subject to change without prior notice.

Customs and import duties (international)

For most shipments, customs/duties are applied once when the order reaches the destination country:

Customs fees and any fees for order delivery vary from country to country and are usually due when the shipment reaches the port of the destination country.
You can contact your local customs office to find out how much the fees are for your country before you place an order, so you won't be surprised when you have to pay it.
Customs duties and taxes are not refundable. If you refuse to accept the delivery of the order, we will unfortunately have to deduct the shipping cost from the reference amount (for that order), in order to cover the value of the fees paid by the country on your behalf.
Depending on the specific product you ordered and the country we're shipping to, the shipping company may ask you for certain documents (such as a national number, tax ID, or No Objection letter) that you must attach, to be able to complete the requirements of the Customs Department.

The time for payment of the customs tax "duty" upon import is the time approved for the exchange rate and currency conversion.
